Updated difficulty and how to play menu

I have updated the difficulty by nerfing the middle hobo on the first level, And i have updated the how to play menu with longer, more in-depth explainations on how to play, with different sections that you can flip through, thank you to Queen Faith 89 for showing me this issue in her video.
